I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have served clients in Central New York for over thirteen years. I have worked extensively with adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety depression, relationship problems, and dealing with life’s changes. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany in 2007 I am highly trained in evidence-based treatment models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
